What is it?
The Special Needs SERVE is for people from the ages 14-26 with special needs that can not be accommodated on a traditional SERVE site. During this 5 day project, participants will spend time serving and worshipping God. The work projects will be tailored to the ability of the individual students that will allow them to experience the joy that comes from serving others in the name of Christ.
A Typical Day
- Breakfast with devotions
- Work site jobs (painting, the Mission)
- Lunch
- Work site jobs
- Rest and relaxation
- A fun activity!
- Dinner
- Time of worship with singing and a speaker
- Small group devotions
Specialized Site
For those participants who attend this SERVE experience, they will be serving God with their gifts and talents. This is a unique experience since they are often the ones being served. A time of great development and growth with their personal Saviour. Since this is a specialized site, we are in need of help. Many hands will be necessary for this to be a success.

Financial Support
Since we receive only a limited amount of funds from Youth Unlimited, it is necessary for us to canvass local area and supporting churches.
Supplies
- For the kitchen – 3 meals a day for 7 days.
There is a lot of need.
Example: bread, eggs, chips, fruit
- Crafts and activities
Time
- Help in the kitchen
- Making meals
- Doing dishes
- Preparing the late night snacks
- Assistance around the church
- Night patrol
- Cleaning up after the youth
Mentors
- 1:1 support for each participant
- Enable the participants to help others and serve God.
