Can CH MeTshag KhoQeemo Black Jack    "Tux"
10 August 2001 - 18 September 2002
His star shone brightly, if only briefly.

sire: Am/Can CH Malishar's Gjan Ti Dkar Po ROM  "Marbles"
co-owners: Ron & Margy Pankiewicz and Jo & Pete Hannams

dam: Am/Can CH MeTshag Dal Le Nang KhoQeemo "Dal Le"
co-owners: Catherine Shearer & Lynda Zittier

Tux flew with me from Vancouver to Ottawa when he was 11 weeks old.
I had Cleo's seven-week-old litter for him to boss around.
But more often than not, they ganged up on him. Then they had to sleep.
Tux is the black & white pup in the front.

One day his curiosity might get him in trouble .. here he is checking out a floral arrangement

At his very first sanction match at the age of 3 months and 6 days, he placed 4th in Group.
(we had to wake him up to go in the ring!)

After most of Cleo's litter left in late November 2001, Tux only had one cousin, LadyBug, as a play-mate.
He chases her until she tells him off --- then they cuddle.

And his next show experience was at Ontario Breeders where he won many, many hearts along with some ribbons

and then just two months later

and continuing in a winning manner, on the Victoria Day weekend,
Tux picked up a Group 3rd and Best Puppy in Group in Sault Ste Marie, ON
on his way home from the US TT National specialty.
Then at the beginning of July, he picked up BPIG & Group 4th twice
at the Chateauguay shows in Ormstown, Quebec.

He did well at the TTCC Specialty in Carp in July and then at the Barrie shows in August.

A sweet boy who crossed the Rainbow Bridge, much too soon, on 18 September 2002.
