This was another idea I had with different elements balancing off each other. The man and the woman fall if left on their own, but as they hold up the ball, it holds them up too. I indented the space where the feet stand on the base to prevent the people from slipping and give it stability. It is a challenge to get the right balance and maintain a stable sculpture without any pegging or glueing, but the whole point of the pieces is that the various elements need each other's support, and support the others in turn.

I called it Natural Balance because for me it represents our dependence on our own support of and care for nature.
