Bonnie Bradley
From her early days with "Caledonia" and other rhythm and blues bands touring universities and night clubs, to the years she performed blues standards and original songs as a solo performer, to the period from 1997 to 2000 when she toured the Ottawa's women's group, "Malaika" singing in English, French and Swahili, Bradley's greatest musical asset has always been her voice. During her career, she has performed with many greats, including Bobbie Blue Bland, Dizzy Gillespie, Albert Collins, Freddy King, Ronnie Hawkins and Otis Rush.
She has written and performed in several plays including her own one-woman show called "The Queen of Kapuskasing" which she put on at the Poor Alex and The York Street Theatres in Toronto.
Just recently she has teamed up with long time friend and fellow career musician, Gerry Griffin to complete her first ever full length solo album.
