| The power of the EcoMAP database lies in the standardization of each data layer by aggregating to a common ecological spatial framework. Once all the data are standardized it is possible to study the relationships between different data layers. Also, as the results of each analysis is automatically reported by the same spatial framework, it can easily be added to the database for further analysis. Thus both simple and complex relationships can be investigated and each time EcoMAP is used it becomes more powerful with the addition of new derived information. | ||||||||||||||||
