The PROCOM SYSTEM includes the basic optical transfer instrument (PROCOM-2) and various modules designed to enhance its capabilities according to user's needs. The system is economical and combines precision engineering with the finest quality components to assure years of trouble-free operation with minimum maintenance. PROCOM SYSTEMS are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. The system is versatile and easy to use. It enables the user to zoom, scan, copy, display, digitize and view in 3-dimensions with a wide variety of data.
								PROCOM-2 is a rugged, desk top instrument that requires little or no training for experienced mappers. Its simple and efficient design provides a clear and large field of view (up to 5800 cm2) without the use of eyepieces. Consequently, the instrument can be used for extended periods without discomfort. Controls are conveniently located and the large working surface permits the easy manipulation of most maps and overlays. Maintenance is limited to an occasional lubrication of moving parts and replacement of projector lamp.
