| Established in 1985 as a cow/calf operation, Triple A Farm began breeding and selling emus and emu products in 1996. As beef farmers, we had always been concerned about the quality of food placed on our tables, and emu seemed a logical choice for people interested in lean, red meat that's both high in flavor and low in cholesterol. |  |

Emu also produce a rich oil that has been used in its native Australia for centuries as an effective natural remedy for irritating skin conditions and muscle/joint pains, and as a moisturizer in cosmetics. |
