"When Speedware's documentation department gave up giving users lots of paper, we gave them links so they could quickly access different parts of the online documentation. We worked as a team and developed procedures so all the writers could do this transition from print to online. The tutorial we presented at SIGDOC 97 was a result of presenting our method to other people."
