Cierra Campeau

Cierra CampeauCierra Campeau, a young lady with a passion for singing, aspires to pursue her talent. She has always shared her voice growing up, entertaining family and friends. At the age of eight, she joined Dominic D’Arcy for a few performances and truly enjoyed the stage. She then decided to enhance her vocal performance by enrolling in the Kanata Children’s Chorus under the direction of Barbara Paget Puppa for two years, where she performed at the Ron Maslin Playhouse, the Parliament Buildings, the Art Gallery and the Museum of Civilization for the launch of the Y2K celebrations with the Prime Minister. The choral performances enriched her stage presence and awarded her the opportunity to sing songs in Hebrew, Spanish, German and French.

She then received invitations to perform at schools, the Ottawa Exhibition with Cable 22, Restaurants and Children’s Birthday Parties.

She kept in touch with Dominic over the years and was soon singing with him again. “I devoted this past summer to performing throughout the Ottawa Valley and enjoyed every experience and meeting all the diversified audiences.”

Cierra along with other “Rising Stars” recently assisted Dominic in recording the “Ottawa Song” and will appear at the CD Release Party scheduled for December 13th at the Ben Franklin Theatre

This bilingual, energetic, International Baccalaureate student hopes to someday study architecture. Her favorite sports are horseback ridding, and skiing.
